Something needs to change.
You’re not sure what.

That’s exactly the problem I fix.

As a decision-making and accountability coach and mentor, I work with women who can solve almost anything.

But something is off. You’ve known for a while.

You’ve had this conversation with yourself approximately 372 times. Something needs to change. You’re just not sure what, or why you can’t seem to make yourself do anything about it.

You've talked to people who love you. They've listened, nodded, told you what they think you should do, and none of it has helped. That's not because they're wrong. It's because they're too invested in you being okay. They can't give you the thing you need.

What you need is someone who can hear what you're really saying and help you work out exactly what to f*&king do about it.

That’s where I come in.

What Clients Say

  • "Structured and results-based. I was held to account for actions I'd committed to — no easy rides, and a clear progression from a problem to an outcome. Combined with humour, and viewpoints I'd not come across before."

    —P, Customer Success Manager

  • "I needed to hear what I already knew - but this time from an external source. That first realisation helped me rediscover humour in adversity. I started to laugh again."

    - FL, Snr Programme Manager & Business Transformation Director

  • "Just straightforward, simple and effective. Your direct approach and your confident approach to life is infectious. The fact that you speak your truth and walk your talk made me feel like I could too

    — S-A, Artist & Interior Designer

  • "I now know putting myself out there isn't as scary as I had created in my head. I just get on and do it - not that I don't hesitate, but I do it."

    — LJ, Customer Success Manager

  • "The 'Kate-ness' about it. You're professional and thoughtful whilst still being yourself. Your no-bullshit approach reassured me that when you said it was good, it was — and I trusted you when you redirected my thinking."

    - CR, Engagement Manager

  • "You asked the right questions to draw out more information. Talking to you made me realise times have changed and I need to change my approach. Love your mindset. Just tell it how it is."

    - MP, Snr Project Manager

I’ve sat in meeting rooms and the oncology ward.
I know a thing or two about making tough decisions.

I spent the best part of two and a half decades in fintech and professional services. Senior leadership, difficult decisions, difficult people, and more high-stakes workplace situations than I can count.

The coaching bit was always there; I just didn’t call it that. People kept finding their way into my calendar for the kind of conversations that were having a real impact and helping them. After a while, it became clear that this was where I made a difference.

So I went and got qualified, because the thing that I was best at - helping people get clear on what they wanted and then actually doing it - kept happening whether I was paid for it or not!

My approach is direct. Zero BS. Always sincere. I’ll tell you when your first answer is the safe one and not the real one, and then I’ll be there to help you figure out the real one.

I'm an ICF-trained coach, an NLP Advanced Practitioner and a decision-making coach. I work primarily with women — employed, running something of their own, or anywhere in between — who are at a crossroads and need more than a sympathetic ear.

Oh, and I’m a three-time cancer survivor. So when I say I know a thing or two about being forced to re-evaluate everything and make some pretty tough decisions, I mean that quite literally.

Got questions?

Don’t worry, I’ve got the answers for you!
